Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval and receipt of Vehicle Reimbursement Agreement with James Construction Group for off-duty contracting of County Sheriff Deputies to be effective May 6, 2025.

Background

This agreement gives permission for James Construction Group to contract County Sheriff Deputies in a private capacity and the County to invoice them for deputies' vehicle usage for traffic control by Samsung to aid in confusion for the most recent traffic switch at 12365 US 79 in Taylor and at the intersection of FM 3349 & CR 132 during peak hours to stop drivers from going the wrong way. This agreement will begin on May 6, 2025 and will terminate on September 30, 2025.
