Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Bus Use Agreement with Georgetown Independent School District, on behalf of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, to formalize using buses to transport the Junior Deputy Academy participants for field day activities.
Background
The Junior Deputy Academy will be requesting bus use for the dates of June 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 24th & 25th to transport the kids to the Round Rock Police Department, Dart Em Up, Texas Capitol and Camp Mabry. Bus expense to be paid by the JAG grant.
