Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve an addendum to MSA #202375 previously approved by the Commissioners Court on January 10, 2023 (Agenda Item #22), to add the Mobile Checkout feature to the PetPoint Enterprise Advantage system, in partnership with Animal Balance, for use by the Animal Shelter, and authorizing the execution of the addendum.
Background
This addendum adds the Mobile Checkout feature to the PetPoint Enterprise Advantage system to MSA #202375, in partnership with Animal Balance, for the Animal Shelter. This feature is part of the PetPoint system previously approved by the Court on January 10, 2023 (Agenda Item #22). The contract expires on January 10, 2026, with automatic annual renewal. There is no additional cost for the Mobile Checkout feature. The addendum has been reviewed and approved by Contract Audit and General Counsel. Department contacts: Misty Valenta and Linda Gunter.
