Receive and acknowledge approval of Change Order Number 2 from The Brandt Companies, LLC for the Lake Creek Annex Cooling Tower Refresh Project for additional funds and time extension, which was approved by Williamson County Facilities Architect Trenton Jacobs pursuant to the Commissioners Court's prior delegation of change order approval authority pursuant to Loc. Government Code Sec. 262.031.

This change order is made to compensate the vendor in the amount of $26,718.82 for rust removal and support replacement and to grant time extension to complete additional repairs at Lake Creek Annex.  Williamson County Facilities Architect, Trenton Jacobs was delegated change order approval authority for this project on March 10th, 2022 by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Williamson County Facilities pursuant to Loc. Gov’t Code Sec. 262.031.  This item is to acknowledge such approval and record same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
