Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the Liberty Hill Bypass (Segment 2) Project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $638,141.33. PEC is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $638,141.33 (100% of $638,141.33).
