Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and WSP USA Buildings, Inc., dated March 25th, 2025, related to Processing Room Ventilation.
Background
This Supplemental Agreement for Design and Engineering Services between Williamson County and WSP USA Buildings, Inc. is made to add additional scope and time to compensate the firm for the additional services to provide design drawings developed through the design development and construction document phases, implementing recommendations from the Schematic Design phase and providing Opinion of Construction Costs (OPCC) based on updated design drawings.
