Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve a resolution authorizing the County Judge to execute certificates expressing official intent to reimburse costs of Pedernales Electric Cooperative for P559 Berry Springs Parks Improvements from 2023 Park Bond proceeds.
Background
A reimbursement resolution will be made on two expenditures for Pedernales Electric Cooperative regarding P559 Berry Springs Parks Improvements for the 2023 Park Bond program until the bond issuance and receipt of funds in May or June 2025. Once the bonds are issued and the funds received, the expenditures that were incurred and paid out of the general funds will be reimbursed.
