Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services and Goods Agreement #2025243 between Williamson County and Netsync Network Solutions Inc. for the Webex App Deployment Project in the amount of $17,500.00 pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4866 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Agreement will provide for Netsync Network Solutions, Inc. "Netsync" to develop a Cisco Webex App. The goal of this project is to set up the Cisco Webex app as a replacement for the Cisco Jabber client. Netsync will handle the configuration of Cisco Webex Control Hub and Cisco Unified Communication Manager for softphone calling with the Webex App. The funding source will be 01.0100.0503.004100 for FY25.
