Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Construction Service Agreement No. 2025250 between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC for the Jail South Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Replacement in the not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred Six Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($32,106.51) pursuant to Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC is for the Jail South Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Replacement, located at Williamson County Jail South, 306 W 4th Street, Georgetown, TX 78626.
