Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service and Goods Agreement #2025260 between Williamson County and A3 Communications, Inc dba BryComm for the Fiber Maintenance Project at the Inner Loop Annex at 301 S.E. Inner Loop, Georgetown, Tx 78626 in the amount of $33,560.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement pursuant to DIR cooperative contract #DIR-CPO-4777.
Background
This Service and Goods Agreement will benefit Williamson County and allow Brycomm to complete the County's Fiber Maintenance for FY25 with Information Services. This is the yearly maintenance of the County's Fiber System. Brycomm will supply the labor as described in the attached quote for the maintenance. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004500 for FY25.
