Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve Addendum #2 to Contract RFP #22RFP122 ePCR for a zero-cost purchase order to connect ESO and Pulsara software, to allow communication between ESO Solutions, Inc., and CommuniCare Technology, Inc. (Pulsara) for Williamson County Emergency Medical Services, and authorize the execution of the addendum.
Background
This Addendum #2 is for Contract #22RFP122 ePCR2 for the EMS Electronic Patient Care Reporting (ePCR), originally approved on September 27, 2022 (Agenda Item #17), and set to expire on September 26, 2028. Zero-cost purchase order to integrate ESO Solutions, Inc., and CommuniCare Technology, Inc. (Pulsara). This will allow the two systems to communicate and improve EMS operations in Williamson County.
