Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the first section of the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 2 development. It consists of 1 open space/landscape/utility/amenity lot, 1 open/landscape/drainage/utility lot and 1,791 linear feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete but a financial security in the amount of $3,806,611.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
