Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Non-Departmental.
Background
We received the Q3 invoice from the Williamson Central Appraisal District and noticed it was slightly higher than the previous two invoices. When we asked WCAD to explain the difference, we were told "one of the entity's levies was entered incorrectly, and it was discovered shortly after the 2nd quarter allocations were mailed out. We had to re-figure the allocations for everyone. This will be the new rate for the third and fourth quarter payments."
