Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service contract #2025280 between Autoclear LLC and Williamson County for Preventative Maintenance of the Wilco Autoclear X-ray inspection systems at the Justice Center at 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626, in the amount of $4,500.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

This Service Agreement will allow Autoclear to perform the yearly preventative maintenance needed to keep the X-ray systems working at top performance.  These X-ray machines are located in the Justice Center at 405 Martin Luther King, Jr., St. Georgetown, Texas 78626. The service includes calibration, alignment, and cleaning of the x-ray units.  A radiation safety survey is also performed during the PM and an updated radiation safety certificate will be issued for all machines.
