NV5 Consultants, Inc. is recommended for award through the 25RFSQ7 - MEPFC pool, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis on Pool CC 1/7/25 Agenda Item #32. NV5 Consultants, Inc. is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 25RFSQ7 pool. NV5 Consultants, Inc. received the highest score for this project. This Agreement for Commissioning Services between Williamson County and NV5 Consultants, Inc. is to provide Commissioning Services to evaluate the design, performance and operation of the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center Addition including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, controls, security, fire alarm, smoke control, and building envelope.
