Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 is increased by $140,000.00 from $400,000.00 to $540,000.00, amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract to allow CPI adjustments and the execution of Work Authorization No. 2 in the amount of $276,336.00 and terminates on 5/31/2026.
