Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as Lessor, and the Williamson County Community Supervision and Corrections Department, as Lessee, for the premises located at 601 N. Alligator Street, Granger, Texas (the Central Texas Treatment Center Facility).
Background
The county has leased this property to Williamson County Community Supervision and Corrections Department for the purpose of housing the Central Texas Treatment Center Facility. The term of the lease would be for a period of three (3) years, commencing on September 1, 2025 and ending on August 31, 2028. The rent to Williamson County would be $10,000 per month.
