Discuss and take appropriate action on the Community Development Block Grant 2025 proposed projects to be included in the 2025 Action Plan.
Background
Williamson County has been awarded a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) FY25 funding allocation of $2,200,130 to successfully support community development and affordable housing efforts for low and moderate-income areas throughout the County. The county will also receive ESG funds in the amount of $185,910. This is a request for the approval of the 2025 proposed projects to be included in the Annual Action Plan. The attached "FY25 Draft Action Plan" is for your review. Projects listed in this document will be included in the FY25 Annual Action Plan.
