Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 to Komatsu/Rangel, Inc. for the Facilities Service Center & North Campus Impound Awnings in the amount of Six Thousand Four Hundred Six Dollars ($6,406.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
Komatsu/Rangel, Inc. is recommended for the award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. Komatsu/Rangel, Inc. is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and Komatsu/Rangel, Inc. is for the Facilities Service Center & North Campus Impound Awning, 3101 & 3151 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1063.004509 and the point of contact is Christy Matoska.
