Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service and Goods Contract #2025322 of Document Preservation of Probate Records from Kofile Technologies, Inc. for conservation treatments, rehousing and imaging for the County Clerk's Office in the amount of $3,039,414.18, pursuant to Denton County ILA, and authorizing execution of the proposal.
Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Clerk's Office. The proposal lists treatment specifications, scope of services and outlines the details of the conservation treatments. Purchase Order #188666 will be canceled, and a new Purchase Order issued to reflect the added scope of $236,262.42 for a total of $3,039,414.18. Origination #2127.
