Background
Requesting reclassification of PCN 1919 (County Architect) from pay grade B.39 to B.46 to better align with similar professional WilCo positions, including a salary of $150,000. Funding needed for the remainder of the year is $4,014.19. This can be accomplished by moving surplus funds from two positions to the vacant position and utilizing vacancy dollars.
