Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFSQ #24RFSQ53 to DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. for the Inner Loop Annex Dehumidification & Ballot Machines, in the amount of One Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($149,500.00) and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. is recommended for the award through RFSQ #24RFSQ53, which established a pre-qualified consultant pool to be contracted on an as-needed basis, on 06.18.24 agenda item no.16. DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc., is recommended for this project following a project specific evaluation of the firms from the 24RFSQ53 pool for this scope of work. This Agreement for Design Services between Williamson County and DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc. is for upgraded HVAC systems with de-humidification control and will create additional power to accommodate 300 ballot printers/scanners at the Inner Loop Annex located at 301 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. Contract Audit and General Counsel reviewed. A detailed Scope of Work is attached. The funding source is 01.0100.1043.004100 and the point of contact is Gretchen Glenn.
