Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Parmer on the SH 45 contract executed September 12, 2023, between Williamson County and Alfred Benesch & Company relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program.
Background
This Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule in the Master Contract utilizing the CPI Adjustment Calculation and increases the compensation cap by $140,000.00 from $500,000.00 to $640,000. Project: P340 Fund Source: Road Bonds
