Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the transfer of the following Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) projects:
Move $500,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) to P344 (Corridor I2 - US 183 TO SH 129)
Move $2,300,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) to P722 (RM 2243 PH 2 - US 183A to SW Bypass)
Move $100,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) to P586 (Corridor J3 - SH 195 to US 183)
Move $1,370,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) to P721 (RM 2243 PH 1B-Garey Park to SW Bypass)
Move $500,000 from P457 (LTP ROW) to P344 (Corridor I2 - US 183 TO SH 129)

Background
This transfer is necessary to create P721 for RM 2243 Phase 1B Garey Park to SW Bypass and P722 for RM 2243 Phase 2 US 183A to SW Bypass. Also, to move funds to P586 (Corridor J3-SH 195 TO US 183) and P344 (Corridor I2 - US 183 to SH 29) for additional expenses. HNTB's budget adjustment memo is attached.
