Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action authorizing Williamson County, Texas to hold, in its name, the real property located at 6400 State Highway 195, Florence, Texas 76527 (AW0244 AW0244-Gravis, J.a.f. Sur., ACRES 160.525; AW0070 BULL, P. SUR., ACRES 130.0; and AW0244 AW0244 -Gravis, J.a.f. Sur., ACRES 190) in trust for the benefit of the Williamson County Conservation Foundation; and authorize the Williamson County Judge’s execution of any documents necessary to give effect to such authorization.

In accordance with the hierarchy of actions and protocol adopted by the Williamson County Commissioners Court at its August 31, 2021, session regarding Williamson County Conservation Foundation activities as they relate to the Williamson County Commissioners Court, this item is necessary to authorize the holding of real property by Williamson County, Texas in trust for the benefit of the Williamson County Conservation Foundation following its purchase. The Williamson County Conservation Foundation has contracted to purchase the real property described in this item with only Williamson County Conservation Foundation funds and no funds will be contributed by Williamson County, Texas.
