Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement for Construction Services No. 2026-119, between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of Forty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Forty-One Cents ($43,844.41) using Choice Partners Cooperative Contract #CSP-22-049MF and authorize execution of the agreement.

This Agreement for Construction Services between Williamson County and The Brandt Companies, LLC relates to the Old DPS Building Automation System (BAS) upgrade, 517 Pine Street, Georgetown, TX 78626.
