Background
This is the first renewal of Contract #25IFB18 between Williamson County and Heartland Quarries LLC for flexible base materials for the Road & Bridge Department. This renewal is for a 12-month term, with one remaining 12-month renewal option available. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all contract requirements and supports moving forward with Renewal #1. The original contract was approved by the Commissioners Court for the term of February 25, 2025 through February 24, 2026. Funding source is 01.0200.0210.003597 and 01.0200.0210.003551.
