Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the Replat of Lots 1 & 2 Anothen subdivision – Precinct 3.

This subdivision consists of 2 residential lots and no new roads.  The purpose of this replat is to increase the acreage of lot 1 by modifying the boundary between lots 1 and 2. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this replat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2025-09-10 – 1st review complete with comments
2025-10-08 – 2nd submittal of replat
2025-10-23 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2025-10-24 – 3rd submittal of replat
2025-10-24 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2025-11-03 – receipt of replat with signatures
2025-11-12 – 4th review complete with comments cleared
2025-11-14 – County Engineer approval letter sent
2025-12-03 – replat placed on the December 9th, 2025 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
