Discuss, consider and take action on approving the second and final renewal of contract #T4960 with Holmes Murphy Associates, LLC for Benefits Broker Consultant Services for the Human Resources Department with the original contract approved on December 15, 2020, under Agenda Item #25, and the renewal extending the contract for one year at the new rate of $93,712.50 as approved in the contract and Benefits Budget, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

This is the second and final renewal of Contract #T4960 between Williamson County and Holmes Murphy Associates, LLC for Benefits Broker Consultant Services for the Human Resources Department. The original agreement was approved on December 7, 2021, under Agenda Item #49.  The contract term included three years (January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2024) with two one-year renewal options. The final renewal period is January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026, at the new rate of $93,712.50, as approved in the Benefits Budget.  A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in 2026 for a new contract beginning January 1, 2027. The price increase is in the outlined original contract.  The Benefits Department requested this renewal and confirmed that the vendor has met all County requirements.
