Conduct a public hearing in accordance with Section 394.9025(a) of the Texas Local Government Code, regarding a proposal by the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation to issue one or more series of tax-exempt obligations in an amount of not more than $77,000,000, for the benefit of Georgetown Leased Housing Associates I, Limited Partnership, in connection with the acquisition, construction, and equipping of a multifamily rental housing development to be located at 350 Highway 195, Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, 78633, to be known as Northside Village.
