Gov't Code Sec. 262.031.

The Change Order No. 1 is made to the contractor, Southland Industries, formerly The Brandt Companies, LLC. to add 110 days to the project, with a new completion date of April 30, 2026, with no increase in cost. Williamson County Senior Director, Facilities Management, Dale Butler, was delegated Change Order approval authority on March 6th, 2018, by the Commissioners Court pursuant to Loc. Gov't Code Sec. 262.031. This item is to acknowledge such approval and record the same into the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
