Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval and acceptance of FY15 Homeland Security Grant Supplemental funds in the amount of $16,665. The project is for the purchase of PEAC Software for the Hazardous Materials Response Team.
Background
PEAC Software is being purchased for the Hazardous Materials Response Team. The software provides plume, blast, and chemical fire modeling, quickly as well as planning capabilities. This supplement is being added to the original project number 2957101 Fluorine Detector in the amount of $4,635. The PEAC Software project did not originally receive funding from CAPCOG but is now being awarded due to remaining funds realized after higher ranked projects were completed.
