Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector's Office.

This line item transfer is requested for additional costs involved with the Wait Anywhere/Call Ahead Queuing system that is operational through the Nemo-Q system.  The costs incurred will provide continual coverage for the entire fiscal year and includes all the Tax Assessor/Collectors offices.  This system allows customers to set up a same day appointment online in order to avoid a long waiting period.  With this feature it allows the public to be served more efficiently and quickly with their registration or payments by the Tax Office personnel.
