Discuss and take appropriate action on participation by Williamson County Road Bond Program under the county's habitat conservation plan for the project area for improvements to RM 620 Phase 2, a project area from just east of Wyoming Springs Drive to Deep Wood Drive.

| Project is to improve RM 620 from just east of Wyoming Springs Drive to Deep Wood Drive, a distance of approximately 0.9 mile and encompassing a project/disturbance area of approximately 21.4 acres; WCCF file #20160919. The area is in the Edwards Limestone karst area and is being participated by the Williamson County Road Bond Program. Authorize County Judge or designee to sign Determination Letter and, when presented, to execute Participation Agreement for this project and sign any related documents, as needed. | |||||
