Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on development agreement with Oldcastle Materials Texas Production Assets Company, LLC for the engineering, design and construction of the Seward Junction Southwest roadway connecting SH 29 to US 183.
Background
Oldcastle Materials Texas Production Assets Company LLC owns approximately 171.664 acres of land near the southwest corner of SH 29 and US 183 and has agreed to donate all right-of-way and easements necessary for the construction of the roadway, as shown in Exhibit D. The development agreement was written by Charlie Crossfield.
