Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Reimbursement Agreement with PEC utility adjustments on Seward Junction Southwest, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 2.
Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the Seward Junction Southwest Project. PEC is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $29,655.74 for 3 pole removals, 4 new electric pole installations, and the associated electric conductor and ancillaries. The total eligible costs do not include betterments, those costs are paid for by the Utility Owner.
