Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP# 1605-083, Specific & Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance, to the only proposer, Aetna Life Insurance Company.
Background
The Evaluation Committee evaluated the only proposal received against the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals and recommends this contract to be awarded to Aetna Life Insurance Company. The Committee is recommending the Option in the amount of $250,000 Stop Loss according to the attached BAFO (Best and Final Offer) to be awarded. The contract will be for twelve (12) months with two (2) possible twelve (12) month extension options.
