Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve co-op purchases (BuyBoard Contract #430-13) between Williamson County, Texas and Caldwell Country for (26) 2017 Chevy Tahoe PPVs & (2) 2017 Ford Police Interceptor Sedans to support operations of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office.
Background
The Sheriff's Office has requested the purchase of (26) 2017 Chevy Tahoe PPVs & (2) 2017 Ford Police Interceptor Sedans from Caldwell Country Chevrolet utilizing the BuyBoard cooperative agreement. We have worked with this vendor to ensure a complete turn key outfitted package for each vehicle requested. We submitted for multiple quotes from many vendors and Caldwell Country came back with the lowest price. Total cost of the purchase will be $1,244,224.64. Quotes are attached.
