Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on reappointing Adam Bryant, Mack Sherrod and John Lenz to the
Emergency Service District (ESD) Number One Board with the term commencing on January 1, 2017 and continuing thereafter until December 31, 2018.

Mack Sherrod, Adam Bryant and John Lenz are all currently serving as commissioners for the Board of the Emergency Service District Number One, their terms will expire on December 31, 2016. Mr. Bryant has served on the board since March of 2008. Mr. Sherrod is currently serving his 3rd term and Mr. Lenz was appointed in May of 2013. All three have agreed to serve another 2 year term commencing on January 1, 2017 continuing thereafter until December 31,2018. All three re-appointments are supported by Commissioner Lisa Birkman as well as Chief Kiracofe from the Jollyville Fire Department.
