Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Joint Use Agreement between Charter Spectrum and Williamson County for utility relocations on Seward Junction Southwest, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 2 .
Background
Charter Spectrum has existing facilities inside the Seward Junction Southwest right-of-way, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The Joint Use Agreement allows Charter Spectrum to relocate their facilities in the proposed right-of-way. This relocation is not reimbursable.
