Discuss, consider and take appropriate action for the Purchasing Agent to advertise for professional services for the Parks Department to assist with updating the 2008 Williamson County Comprehensive Parks Master Plan under RFQ 1612-132.
Background
Williamson County developed a Comprehensive Park Master Plan in 2001 and again in 2008. Both plans have served the County well in guiding park development. It is time to update the existing plan to help guide future department and County direction with parks, trails, open space acquisitions, grants and Parks Department development.
