Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a change in the title and grade of vacant position number 0177 from Administrative Specialist District Courts, pay grade B.16 to Office Administrator District Courts, pay grade B.22 with an increase in salary from $35,446.17 to $43,488.24.
Background
The District Court Judges have requested a change in this vacant position due to an increase in the duties and responsibilities which are consistent with those of an Office Administrator. The Judges have requested a transfer of $7,500 from 001107 to 001100 and would not request the 001107 funding for the next budget year as there would not be a need for temporary staff in the future.
