Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the issuance of a county burn ban not to exceed 90 and to authorize the County Judge to lift said ban when conditions improve.
Background
Williamson County had sustained a long growing season with ample moisture until recently. The abundant grasses have now been frost cured resulting in favorable conditions for ignition and subsequent fires. Even with the recent rains, the wind and lower humidity is further exacerbating the conditions.
