Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on renewing a service agreement between Road and Bridge Division and Waste Management of Texas, Inc. for non-hazardous waste services.
Background
Waste Management found that Road and Bridge was operating on a temporary service agreement and requested that we renew to a standard agreement. All services are the same as the previous temporary agreement, but fees are anticipated to be slightly reduced.
