Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding request of Constable Precinct One for approval of Kendrick Bankston to the open deputy constable position in precinct one pursuant to Tex. Loc. Gov't Code 86.011.
Background
Kendrick Bankston is currently a reserve deputy in the Williamson County Precinct One Constable’s Office. Mr. Bankston is being appointed to a full time deputy position by newly elected Constable Vincent Cherrone. Mr. Bankston is currently a licensed peace officer in the State of Texas and meets all qualifications required for the position of deputy. Mr. Bankston is a resident of Williamson County.
