Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the approval of Change Order on the Network Switches Quote on CO-OP DIR-TSO-2542, with Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC, for $122,028.80 - $752.80 less than the original quote due to incorrect items being shipped.
Background
This was requested by Richard Semple, Operations Director of Williamson County Technology Services. Upon delivery of the original order, it came to the County’s attention, that incorrect parts were ordered and received. The Vendor has agreed to allow the return of these items, and to issue a credit of the payment. A new quote was provided which is $752.80 less than the original quote, allowing for a higher quantity order. The extended warranty has been removed. These network switches provide connectivity from the County computers to the County Network. Audit and Legal have approved this Change Order.
