The estimated budget for this renovation is $1,900,000.00. Bid Packet attached. Summary of work includes Exterior: re-surfacing of parking lot, replacement of roof parts, HVAC replacement, exterior finish repairs, installation of backup generator. Interior: demolition of interior, re-configure floor plan and reconstruct.
