Discuss, consider and approve the adoption of Georgetown Independent School District as an RCS Associate customer under the County radio system.

With the April 12, 2016 commissioner court approval of the RCS Associates agreement as an extension of the 2008 ILA.  This agreement allows for contract services between the RCS and the subscriber providing substantial backing for the County's RCS invoices. Georgetown ISD will be migrating off of their existing radio system and has opted to work collaboratively with Williamson County to work towards a plan to bring schools to a level public safety interoperability communications with local agencies.  Adopting this customer onto the County radio system, will add to our growing subscribers which help maintain the radio system as well as adding to the repertoire of growing schools (i.e Hutto ISD, Leander ISD) for which we already support.  Their intent is to start with administration radios first, then adding at the school level as funding for units permits as well as a transition of their bus line.
