Background
Oncor Electric has existing facilities in conflict with the Southwest Bypass Segment 1 Project. The Standard Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $43,829.12. Oncor is 33.33% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to Oncor by the County is $14,608.25 (33.33% of $43,829.12).
