Background
This contract is for grading a temporary access road into ROW for a roadway within the Texas Crushed Stone Quarry. Eight bids were received with the lowest bid received from Jordan Foster Construction for $204,000.00 which is 24.5% lower than the Engineer's estimate of $270,200.00.
